Shipping

Eina Bems ships ordered goods within the 3 working days following its charging of the buyer's credit card for the amount of his purchase.

Returns

1. Customers can return purchased goods within the 7 calendar days that follow the date of their reception. Returns shall not be accepted past that limit of 7 calendar days.

2. Goods that have been damaged by the customer can't be returned. Eina Bems llc shall only accept damages to returned goods that are covered by the shipping insurance paid for by the customer who returns such goods.

3. The costs related to return shipping and insurance are to be paid for entirely by the customer who returns such goods.

4. Eina Bems llc shall refund returned goods within the 7 days following their reception.

5. The amount to be refunded is the sales price, not including initial shipping costs to the customer, minus 10% handling fee.
