We are available to our customers for any question that might concern
them.

Should your rug - tapestry be damaged during the course of its use,
we will be there for repairing it, simply ask us for a quotation.
Storage
Place leather-wools in a cool dry place. Be sure to avoid direct
sunlight. Packaging in plastic bags for an extended period of time is
not recommended as the sheepskin fibers will not breathe and
condensation may occur in warm conditions. Eina BEMS’s
packages
are made of special materials that let the rugs breathe. You can thus
store your rugs in all security for extended periods of time.
Repairs
Should your rug be damaged during the course of its use, no panic, we
can fix it. Damaged Eina BEMS' rugs are repaired in our facilities.
Contact us by e-mail or by mail and give us a description of the damage
with a photograph and we'll give you our quotation for that repair.
Damaged rugs must reach us at last the 30th of April of the year and
will be shipped back repaired to their owners around end of August of
the same year.
